How to record / assemble

Open the slideshow → F11 → press R.
Stills are the product truth — advance with Space, or import the PNGs into Loom/CapCut/Premiere and set duration there.
Active nav is highlighted in screenshots (blue marker). Narrate paths live if you screen-record over a still.
Optional later: export this deck as a PDF intro manual for shops.
Both-lite CTAs: ?from=login / marketing → Start free trial. ?from=onboard / email / jobs → Open Job Board.

Full voiceover (read this)

1 · Repair auth

Start with repair authorization. Create the job, fill customer and vehicle, send the link by SMS or email.

2 · Customer signs

The customer opens the link on their phone — English or Español — and signs there.

3 · Job Board

That new file lands on the Job Board next to every other open car — inspection, estimate, supplement, ready for pickup.

4 · Advance status

Open any file and hit Advance status — pick the next stage right from the job card.

5 · Notify contacts

Then notify who needs to know — customer, attorney, adjuster — SMS, email, or both per person.

6 · Phone estimate

Need a quick initial estimate? Snap the damage on your phone — no office computer required.

7 · Invoice search

Ready to invoice? Hit New Invoice and search by customer or car — no scrolling a long list.

8 · Invoice PDF

ShopCaliper builds the invoice PDF — customer, vehicle, line items, and totals — ready to download or email.
